The IA Perth team was engaged by Centuria to create ‘Basecamp’, a new basement level gymnasium for the tenants of their A-Grade asset at 140 St Georges Terrace.

 In what is a complete transformation of a disused basement storage area, the occupants of 140 will get their hearts pumping in this fully loaded gym and yoga studio featuring treadmills, rowing machines, stair-climbers, weights, and more.

First time users will easily discover their new gym via branded wayfinding signage, strip lighting, and custom LED signage while RGB lighting sets the mood and allows for change at the touch of a button.
