GDI – 5 MILL ST SHOW SUITES

IMPROVING TENANACY

IA Design were engaged by GDI to design 8 show suites in 5 Mill St to promote the building and improve tenancy.

GDI wanted to provide prospective tenants with an inspiring environment that showcased the potential of the space and gave tenants a platform to envision themselves. To accommodate this, each show suite was designed with optimal flexibility in mind to ensure that the show suites met the needs and aspirations of a wide audience.

The show suites were designed to showcase the latest workplace trends, comprising of flexible workstations, breakout areas, boardrooms and central facility areas. The space was designed to be cost-effective, without impacting the quality of the space. A neutral colour palette was adopted to allow for versatility and pops of colour, timber laminates, pendants, screen panels and tiling were used to bring a contemporary and sophisticated character to the space.

The end result was hugely successful resulting in the immediate lease of all suites upon completion. The project exceeded expectations and GDI were very satisfied with the outcome.
