IA Design is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Canberra team!

The company

The role

Responsible for providing a high-level support to our ACT Regional Director and Canberra team focusing on the following activities:

  • Meet and greet external guests
  • Manage team timesheet reporting
  • Attend weekly Monday morning resource meeting
  • Assist with client invoicing
  • Assist Quote and Project set up in Finance System
  • Provide performance reporting
  • Assist with proposals and document formatting
  • Coordinate and deliver timely, accurate and reliable administration support

The person

The Senior Interior Designer is seen as a leader in the Studio and is responsible for the end to end planning, managing and delivery of exceptional workplace projects.

The responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility to deliver high quality projects profitably and to timelines
• Undertake full briefing with the client and provide a reverse brief
• Complete efficient and accurate site audits
• Comply with IA Design CAD standards and CAD documentation
• Schematic planning
