IA Design was engaged by Mirvac to complete base build upgrades to level 31 including a bathroom, lobby and base build overhaul. Level 31 represents one of Perth’s prime floors, being the highest floor in Allendale Square with enviable views. General building upgrades have become an increasingly popular trend during the past 12 months as building owners work to increase occupancy numbers and seek to provide tenants with a broad range of potential options.

IA Design worked closely with Mirvac to deliver a prime tenancy space that has been leased since its completion. The floor overhaul refreshed the tenancy showing its potential and possibilities. Sophisticated finishes and materials were chosen including luxurious stones and elements of gold were incorporated into the signage and finishes.

When designing this space the design team had to take into consideration the building location and target audience in our efforts to support the leasing agent’s opportunities to lease the space. The final outcome is a well-designed sophisticated space that appeals to a client worthy of the highest floor at Allendale Square.
