IA were engaged by IDPM to design and integrate a new Customer Collaboration Zone and Innovation Hub within the company’s existing ground floor space in St. Leonards.

With a limited budget in mind and the desire to create minimal disruption across the organisation, the main challenge for IA Design was the implementation of new design elements that not only successfully emphasised the strong brand identity immediately on arrival, but how these elements worked seamlessly within their existing fitout.

The result provides an instant visual communication of brand across all of their customer facilities. Anchoring on the colour blue was foundational in providing vibrancy and energy to both staff and visitors. In response to the company design guidelines IA Design emphasised a simple, crisp, minimalist look and feel, paired with the introduction of a strong dominant accent colour to promote ownability and one unified brand identity. By sharing one visual language across the Innovation Hub and Customer Collaboration Zone the space provides a cohesive quality that draws in the visitor, creating a strong presence and powerful impact directly on arrival.
