IA Design was engaged to deliver 2 show suites within Eastpoint Plaza. The scope was to develop a concept for each that would appeal to a wide variety of potential tenants.

IA Design has provided multiple areas where employees can choose how they wish to work. Giving employees this control over various aspects of their workplace and work experience will result in higher employee engagement. The physical surroundings can help distinguish employee behaviours, feelings and attitudes towards their work and their employer. To help maximise employee performance and thus an organisations performance, it is vital to think of the workplace as an ecosystem of spaces that allow people to have choice and control over their work.

The final two tenancies maximise the use of the floorplate and are appealing to a range of tenants.
