The IA Design team worked closely with PepsiCo to bring their agile work philosophy to life in a brand new three-story space in Sydney.

Drawing inspiration from the rich history of the brand and the new agile work philosophy, the IA Design team produced an incredible, highly-functional new workplace for the PepsiCo team.

The interior is modern, contemporary and exciting while at the same time clean, timeless, fresh and calming. The design concept was focused on the movement of liquid through spaces, to reflect PepsiCo’s key product range and tie the PepsiCo brand identity into the physical space. The expansion of the internal stairs connecting the three floors has opened up the central core creating a hub of excitement and encouraging movement.

To support PepsiCo’s new agile way of working, an open plan collaborative workplace was designed, with sit-to-stand workspaces, breakout areas, touchdown spaces and collaborative, multimedia zones.
