Bis Industries’ decision to open their new Corporate Office in Perth presented IA Design with an opportunity to create an environment that reflected this company’s position in the Australian resource industry. Bis Industries’ brief was to “create a corporate office reflecting the Bis executive team” – a workplace that staff and clients would be proud of.
IA Design were appointed to create a dynamic, collaborative workspace that reflected the professional and high performance culture of 2H Offshore Engineering.
The IA Design team worked closely with family-grown construction giant, Buildcorp, to deliver a highly sustainable office environment that exemplified their company values and brand.
IA Design were engaged by global financial firm, Dimensional Fund Advisors, to design their new offices located in Level 24, 120 Collins Street, Melbourne.
IA Design were appointed by global accounting firm, Moore Australia, to design and refurbish their new Perth head office. The brief called for a vibrant work environment that inspired staff belonging and pride, and encouraged communication and connectivity.
With the objective of increasing tenancy, IA Design worked with Credit Suisse to design a flexible, functional and engaging workspace that promoted the tenancy of 45 St Georges Terrace.
IA Design work alongside Frasers Property to produce a first of its kind, 6 star Green Star rated environmentally sustainable workplace for their Perth office.
IA Design were engaged as lead designer by WA’s largest energy provider, Synergy, to deliver a collaborative and flexible workplace spanned over seven floors.
IA Design was engaged by Legal Aid to design their new office for Wren (Women’s Resource & Engagement Network). IA worked alongside Project Managers Acorpp and Builders Aurora to complete this stand out build. All consultants worked together to achieve the project within a tight programme and budget.
