IA Design were engaged to refurbish the end-of-trip (EOT) facilities at 2 Mill St.

For 2 Mill St, the upgrade of their base build facilities played an important role in the reputation of their building. Offering a high quality EOT facility was instrumental in attracting prospective tenants and influencing first impressions for potential tenants – two key advantages for tenancy.

Upon engagement, the IA Design team worked closely with the client to identify an appropriate design direction that reflected the reputation of 2 Mill St. In an effort to create a contemporary and sophisticated experience, a harmonious colour palette of browns and whites was adopted alongside the use of timber texture to add character. Stainless steel utilities provided an element of sophistication, and the strategic choice of lighting helped to brighten the windowless interior.
