IA Design were engaged by the leading Australian pharmacy service provider, HPS Pharmacies, to deliver the national rollout of pharmacy and oncology suites within private hospitals across Australia.

HPS is built on a very strong foundation, with a vision to provide the highest quality of pharmacy care to clients, patients and the wider community. With this in mind, the IA Design team worked with the HPS project management team to design and deliver the rollout of multiple first-class pharmacy and oncology suites.

The design process was focused on ensuring all facilities met the organisational and branding goals of HPS, while attending to strict medical compliance principals to ensure health authority approvals.

Each project phase was precisely managed in 4-8 week delivery sprints, often with many suites being delivered at the one time. The streamlined delivery process was aided by the standard design guidelines that the IA Design team developed to guide all future fit-outs for HPS.

The result has been transformative and have set a new standard of health environment for HPS.
