COLLEGE OF LAW SOUTH AUSTRALIA

The College of Law is the largest provider of practice-focused legal education in Australasia, offering innovative, practical education and training for legal professionals.

Level 8, Kings Square 3

IA Design was engaged to deliver two show suites within Kings Square 3 for John Holland. The level 6 show suite was a half floor suite that would have the ability and flexibility to divide into 2 separate show suites. The level 7 show suite was a floor with the ability to divide into half or third floor show suites.

BG&E

BG&E collocated from 4 levels in 2 buildings at 484 and 507 Murray Street to 2 levels within KS1 on Wellington Street, Perth. This colocation was to encourage connectivity and a one team culture amongst employees. Working under LPC Cresa as project manager, IA Design developed test fits for two buildings within Kings Square. Using the scope established through extensive Briefing outcomes involving completed Accommodation and Workplace Strategy Questionnaires, IA Design proposed the preferred building rationalising as to why BG&E’s operations would benefit.

PepsiCo Adelaide

IA Design were engaged directly by PepsiCo Australia, following our prior appointment in Sydney and Brisbane, to work closely with them to refurbish their existing premises.

Senex Energy

IA Design worked closely with Senex Energy to design and deliver a new and contemporary workplace for their Adelaide office.

Argo Investments

IA Design were engaged directly by Argo Investments to work closely with them to design a new workspace for their Adelaide Office.

25 Grenfell Street Lobby

IA Design was engaged to upgrade the existing lobby at 25 Grenfell Street. The brief was to create a positive first impression and a new identity within the iconic building that is in alignment with the building branding.

Dell Australia – Sydney

IA were engaged by IDPM to design and integrate a new Customer Collaboration Zone and Innovation Hub within the company’s existing ground floor space in St. Leonards.

YAMAHA

Working with Yamaha to bring their culture and work philosophy to life, IA Design delivered a new head office that gets the heart racing: “Revs Your Heart”

JAPANESE CLIENT

In partnership with JLL, IA Design worked with an international Japanese client to design and deliver their first Australian office in the heart of the Sydney CBD. With limited presence in the Australian market, the brief sought an environment that balanced the Japanese heritage and culture of the firm with local Australian flair.

MCMULLEN NOLAN GROUP (MNG)

IA Design were engaged by MNG to refurbish their existing tenancy to better reflect their branding and culture. The end result is a practical, colourful and innovative space that promotes flexibility and collaboration.

140 ST GEORGES TERRACE SHOW SUITE

With the objective of proactively increasing tenancy, many landlords are creating speculative suites to accelerate leasing time & enhance the tenancy experience. These speculative suites are designed to inspire prospective tenants and provide a platform to allow tenants to envisage their workplace before committing to the space.

HENSLOW

IA Design were engaged by Henslow to design their new tenancy fit out in the iconic 333 Collins Street building. Henslow is an independent advisory firm that partners with and supports growing companies, entrepreneurs, managers and investors by bringing together people, strategy and capital.

66 ST GEORGES TERRACE

IA Design was engaged by Investa and CBRE to design and deliver two show suites and a bathroom and lobby upgrade within level 6, 66 St Georges Terrace. IA Design worked closely with CBRE and builders Aurora to ensure that these spaces would appeal to a wide variety of potential tenants to not limit who will lease the space.

ALLENDALE SQUARE

IA Design was engaged by Mirvac to complete base build upgrades to level 31 including a bathroom, lobby and base build overhaul. Level 31 represents one of Perth’s prime floors, being the highest floor in Allendale Square with enviable views. General building upgrades have become an increasingly popular trend during the past 12 months as building owners work to increase occupancy numbers and seek to provide tenants with a broad range of potential options.

Landgate

Landgate is the guardian of property ownership in Western Australia and is the custodian of the State’s local information asset. It is also growing and diversifying its business and over the next few years they expect many changes in the way they operate and how they provide services to their clients. Landgate are embracing innovation in all aspects of their business and want to extend that to the new tenancy fitout. They engaged IA Design to implement the ABW strategy for their new office space.

HAY STREET SHOW SUITES

Property fund manager Primewest engaged IA Design as the lead design consultant to create a dynamic, sustainable and flexible show suite for 1060 Hay Street, Perth.
