COLLEGE OF LAW SOUTH AUSTRALIA

The College of Law is the largest provider of practice-focused legal education in Australasia, offering innovative, practical education and training for legal professionals.

Level 8, Kings Square 3

IA Design was engaged to deliver two show suites within Kings Square 3 for John Holland. The level 6 show suite was a half floor suite that would have the ability and flexibility to divide into 2 separate show suites. The level 7 show suite was a floor with the ability to divide into half or third floor show suites.

BG&E

BG&E collocated from 4 levels in 2 buildings at 484 and 507 Murray Street to 2 levels within KS1 on Wellington Street, Perth. This colocation was to encourage connectivity and a one team culture amongst employees. Working under LPC Cresa as project manager, IA Design developed test fits for two buildings within Kings Square. Using the scope established through extensive Briefing outcomes involving completed Accommodation and Workplace Strategy Questionnaires, IA Design proposed the preferred building rationalising as to why BG&E’s operations would benefit.

PepsiCo Adelaide

IA Design were engaged directly by PepsiCo Australia, following our prior appointment in Sydney and Brisbane, to work closely with them to refurbish their existing premises.

Senex Energy

IA Design worked closely with Senex Energy to design and deliver a new and contemporary workplace for their Adelaide office.

Argo Investments

IA Design were engaged directly by Argo Investments to work closely with them to design a new workspace for their Adelaide Office.

25 Grenfell Street Lobby

IA Design was engaged to upgrade the existing lobby at 25 Grenfell Street. The brief was to create a positive first impression and a new identity within the iconic building that is in alignment with the building branding.

Dell Australia – Sydney

IA were engaged by IDPM to design and integrate a new Customer Collaboration Zone and Innovation Hub within the company’s existing ground floor space in St. Leonards.

DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT

The IA Design team were appointed by the Department of Education (DoE) to consolidate and redesign their existing Brisbane space into a contemporary workplace that reinforced their organisational goals and objectives.

THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Following the relocation of the Department of the Attorney General (DotAG) into the new Old Treasury Building, IA Design were engaged as the Lead Consultant to design a sophisticated and welcoming environment for the new Perth office.

AUSTRALIAN ELECTORAL COMMISSION (AEC)

IA Design worked with the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) to design the new state office in Tasmania, featuring a showpiece breakout area for staff to enjoy.

American Express Lounge – Sydney

With increasing competition between airline carriers, the experience provided at airport lounges has become a new battleground for attracting & retaining customer loyalty.

Sims Metal Group – Sydney

The new Sydney workplace for Sims Metal Management (Sims) in Goodman’s Connect Corporate Centre in Mascot was designed to foster an innovative culture and community, through encouraging departmental interaction. The brief was to create an environment that reinforced their credo of sustainability and corporate responsibility and that these activities are not pursued separately from core businesses. These concepts are fully integrated and deeply ingrained in their culture and IA have delivered an environment reflecting these values.

Eagle House – Ground Floor Lobby & Courtyard

As building owners look towards innovative ways to attract tenants more are embarking on major asset revitalisation projects to elevate their offerings. IA Design were engaged as the Principal Design Firm to deliver the Eagle House 13-storey refurbishment which saw the building converted into a B grade asset providing the building owner greater opportunity for securing prospective tenants.

Eagle House – End of Trip

Forming a major component of the Eagle House base building activation project was the basement & end of trip facilities. Prior to commencing the project, the basement was an underutilised car park and bin storage space.

oOh! Media

IA Design have been engaged by FDC to provide the new workplace for oOh! media in both Melbourne and Sydney. The design honours the coming together and connection of all staff within the new building. The concept provides a coming of age for ooh! with a dynamic, striking backdrop to frame their digital product display and signify the dynamic, diverse locality of Melbourne.

Robert Walters

There is always something memorable about every workplace project. What made Robert Walters a special project for IA Design was the strong client bond established through challenging lockdowns by way of trust, understanding and humour. Our journey with Robert Walters started with their property search attending multiple site inspections and test fitting spatial options based on the functional brief. IA Design developed the brief following in-depth briefing sessions ensuring the new space accounted for current and future growth. We workshopped various configurations providing reassurance the final leasing decision was right for their future workplace.
